Projects update – Summer 2025
We’re excited to share the latest updates on our projects across Marbella and Málaga this summer. Here’s a quick look at where things stand. From exclusive villas to luxury apartments, our summer 2025 projects are progressing beautifully. Stay tuned for more updates as each development takes shape!
Construction progress Alcalá 70
Construction at Alcalá 70 is progressing well. Structure, foundations and excavation are 100% complete. Façade finishes are nearly done, with waterproofing at 98% and tiling render at 90%. Interior plastering is almost complete, and windows are currently in production. Key installations (plumbing, AC and electrical) are 70% finished. Kitchens and bathrooms are set to be installed soon. Interior design elements are in fabrication and the lower garden wall is already in place. Furniture installation will begin soon.
Projects update – Spring 2025
Here’s a look at how our current projects are shaping up:
· Gate 3 (La Quinta, Marbella)
– Villa A: Sold.
– Villa B: This 5 beds and 5 baths luxury villa is now officially completed.
– Villa C: Luxury villa in the final phase of construction, featuring 5 beds and 6 baths
· Alcalá 70 (Nueva Andalucía, Marbella) – Internal works advancing in this luxury villa with 5 beds and 5 baths; facades and technical installations near final stages.
· Pinares de San Antón (Málaga) – Structure begins to rise for the construction of these 13 luxury villas, each featuring 3 to 5 beds and baths.
· The Hills 14 (El Herrojo Alto, Marbella) – Retaining walls, foundations and site preparation for this luxurious 8 beds and 8 baths villa with a private sports club.
· Málaga Centrum Apartments (Málaga) – First phase of construction: site preparation and retaining walls for the underground parking of these 35 luxury apartments, each with 2 beds and 2 baths.
· Alcalá 4 (Nueva Andalucía, Marbella) – Construction has started for this luxury villa with 5 beds and 5 baths.
Construction progress Alcalá 70
The construction of the villa at Alcalá 70 is progressing in line with the revised schedule:
Structure and foundations: 100% completed
Facades: brickwork and waterproofing at 95%
Technical installations: water, drainage, and electrical systems at 95%
Interior finishes: plasterboard partitions at 98%, ceiling installations to follow
External joinery: window installation at 20%
Landscaping: initial works completed in the lower garden
