LOW ENERGY HOME DESIGN (MOST IMPORTANT)

- Positioning of windows to achieve crossed ventilation to minimize the use of A/C.
- Native landscaping that does not require excessive amounts of water.

LOW TEMPERATURE HEAT PUMP (DAIKIN ALTHERMA)
- Altherma systems only 25% from electricity, 75% of the energy for A/C and floor heating is extracted from the air removable energy.
- Our floor heating systems achieves A++ energy efficiency label.
- Combine our heat pump with solar support to increase hot water savings.
INSULATION

ALL OUR VILLAS ACHIEVE A OR B ENERGY EFFICIENCY CERTIFICATION
90% of our new buildings achieve a C energy label. In contrast, all of our energy efficient buildings are qualified with an A or a B Energy Efficiency Certification, which are the best classifications to be achieved by the national energy rating system and means up to 70 % energy savings.

All of our property developments are designed with energy efficiency as a priority; from the positioning of the windows and insultation, to the materials and smart home systems used. We are able to create spectacular low energy buildings.
SMART TECHNOLOGY
Our new build houses have HRV systems to economically improve room ventilation, low temperature heat pump systems to help reduce hot water costs and an option for the Apple Home Kit system to give owners control over their energy consumption.
CONCLUSION
Our low energy homes achieve an energy efficiency certificate A (D by law) meaning that we achieve a significant reduction in energy consumption and up to 70% reduction in energy costs, whilst also helping the environment.
