Construction at Alcalá 4 has started
We are excited to announce that construction at Alcalá 4 has officially started!
Our new project in the heart of Nueva Andalucía, Marbella is underway.
The excavation phase has been successfully completed and we are now moving into the foundation stage.
Construction progress Pinares de San Antón
Construction across the Pinares de San Antón development is moving ahead with solid progress:
Villa 1: Structure advancing from first to second floor.
Villas 3 & 4: Excavation complete, final levels reached.
Villas 4 & 5: Gabion retaining walls installed.
Villa 5: Pool structure underway; drainage and backfill in progress.
Villa 6: Structure rising steadily.
Villa 7: Structure complete; windows installed, brickwork done, and interiors underway.
Villa 8: Structural works nearly finished.
Villas 9 & 10: Ground floor structures progressing well.
Landscaping: Garden walls and terrace shaping ongoing, enhancing the site’s overall layout.
The project continues to take shape with each phase adding definition to this unique hillside development.
Calle Bach is Now Under Construction
We are excited to announce that construction has officially started at Calle Bach, located in the prestigious Sierra Blanca area of Marbella.
Site works are now underway, marking the first step in bringing this exceptional project to life.
We will be sharing regular updates as the villa takes shape.
Construction progress Alcalá 70
Construction at Alcalá 70 is progressing well. Structure, foundations and excavation are 100% complete. Façade finishes are nearly done, with waterproofing at 98% and tiling render at 90%. Interior plastering is almost complete, and windows are currently in production. Key installations (plumbing, AC and electrical) are 70% finished. Kitchens and bathrooms are set to be installed soon. Interior design elements are in fabrication and the lower garden wall is already in place. Furniture installation will begin soon.
Construction progress Gate 3
Villa C at Gate 3 has entered its final stage.
Construction progress Hills 14
The construction works at Hills 14 are progressing as planned. Piling and anchor installations have been successfully completed within the agreed timelines. Excavation is now finished, with the site reduced to foundation level.
The foundations have now started with the heads of the piles prepared for connection to the foundation.
