Construction at Alcalá 70 is progressing well.
Structure, foundations and excavation are 100% complete.
Façade finishes are nearly done, with waterproofing at 98% and tiling render at 90%.
Interior plastering is almost complete, and windows are currently in production.
Key installations (plumbing, AC and electrical) are 70% finished.
Kitchens and bathrooms are set to be installed soon.
Interior design elements are in fabrication and the lower garden wall is already in place. Furniture installation will begin soon.
