RETAMAR SANTA MATILDE, BENALMÁDENA PUEBLO

Retamar Santa Matilde is a new development located near the exclusive and much sought after area of Benalmadena Pueblo. The project consists of 22 design luxury villas, of which 19 (first and second phase) are already completed and sold. The construction of the third and final phase started November 2017 and completion 1st quarter 2019.

Phase III consists of only three luxury villas. Each villa has five bedrooms with corresponding bathrooms.
